1)Run regedit
2)Find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\NVTweak
3)Add a new DWORD --> Coolbits
4)Set the value to 3
after reboot u shall see the overlocking tool
