Any ideas? ROM first or Ti Qing first?, any idea?

Read about so many ROM post.. anyone knows normally "Ti Qing" process to be done first? Or normally ROM first, "Ti Qing" then only wedding dinner?
Because don't plan to have the wedding dinner so fast maybe next year... but thinking of ROM this year.... Anyone any ideas? |

"Ti Qing" is engagement mah...no legal bind...
ROM means you sign the paper and is legally bind... So should be "Ti Qing" then ROM... Or straight away ROM lol... |
