Change race, Help! :(

Ok I'm planning to change my character's race.
 However when I was gonna pay the 25 bucks I realized my profile was set to a US citizen. In order to change it they want my picture etc. seems mafan.  Any idea if its okay to just scrap the address and just pay them via cc? Will they block my acc due to suspicious address etc?  |
