well we could, but unlike fans and heatsinks or SSD where we could chart results based on tested numbers... it would be very difficult to rate chassis individually, each chassis will have their own advantages and disadvantages regardless of the brand and model. Time and trend is also a factor, who knows in the future we wouldn't be using one of the form factor anymore? and what would make the chassis good looking today may be a bad idea down in the future form the side window

hence regardless of how we'd rate and chart for chassis, it will never be relevant to everyone as they can't be represented by a definitive number
