Guys my asb book still have 12 lines more b4 finish. WTA can i ask them to make a new book now or a new book can only be made once the whole book have already been used up???

Guys if asb already 200k inside you cannot put anymore inside correct??? Donno my friend say still can put??? Like him he already bought the up 200k. But still can put?
