That was my assumption based on my own experience plus the success rates & the amount of top ups (omitting some sparse big hits) posted in PNB funds' threads. as non-bumi, all the fixed price funds very difficult to top up. from my perspective, ASM the most difficult to top up  Thus, I’d like to enquire the reason of the difficulty of topping up ASW. |
