Common Q and A:

- For Non Bumiputera, THE ONLY available funds for you is variable fund, those with the (*) and funds number 3, 4, 5, and 6 mentioned above. And there is NO MORE units left to buy all the other fixed priced fund. And thus YOU CAN'T purchase online. Please do take note before having any questions regarding the matter mentioned above and we will NOT giving out the same answer again and again.

- For Variable Price UT, the price (NAV) will be different EVERY SINGLE DAY. Thus, the unit you purchase will not be always the same and also decrease by 5% for a single transaction. The 5% lost is the service charge. For example, the NAV price for today is 1.912. When you purchase 100 units of UT, its not 191.20 MYR, but you have to cash out 125.16 MYR for the 100 units.

Variable Price UT are (Based on NAV) : ASN, ASN2, ASN3, ASG - Pendidikan - Kesihatan - Persaraan
Fixed Price UT are (1.00 MYR per unit): ASB, ASW2020, ASM, ASD, AS1M

Is it wise to put all my money into ASB, or better to spread it out in ASB, ASW 2020, etc ?
*
MAX ASB 1st.

Spreading in in here isnt' that wise because all under 1 big umbrella ( fixed price ).

some how, ASB have highest % return.

they counted in unit. Meaning u invest 100 MYR, you will not get 100 unit, but is follow the rate of the day. For sure is below 100 unit. However, now is 2 % till 14 march if not mistaken.

Are u a new investor? PNB has been practicing this carry forward thingy for most of the funds. Next year some % will be carried forward to 2016, etc., etc., etc..
*
now, one thing being really curious.

See, last year, the do this same thing, this year suppose to be carry last year extra dividend. But they don't. Its not like this year they have deficit and that they cover with last year leftover. But what they said was they have the ability to give out 8.8 instead of 6+. Now where is the last year left over?

I not sure last year sharing the same phenomenon like this year which having extra 2+ or not. But I do know they have this habit.
