Hi Alex,
Just bought the player yesterday at Tropicana Mall KL. However, i'm disappointed due to the Sports channel mismatch, i.e. Start Sports, Fox Sports and Eurosport2 are not working and the Supersport 1 & 2 are not conducted in English!
I also noticed there is a square bracket of (Chinese) in from of the Star Sports and Fox Sports channel, is it means these 2 channels (if work) will be in Chinese? What happen to the live EPL whether in English or Chinese?
The Sports channels are one of my key criteria in buying this devise but it is not what i expected. I think you or the sales lady should at least disclose to the customers that the Sports channels are available but not in English!
Apart of this problem, the rest of the channels are OK.
Will be grateful if your company can solve this problem.

Yes, it is in VOD format but updated very regularly (almost daily) and you can watch the HK series anytime you like. 2. HK series yes, but have not gotten the chance to test the Chinese & HK movies. So far, lots of new movies even as new as this year is available in one of the Chinese and TV movie channel. 3. Have to wait till the Charity Shield game on 10th Aug to test whether live EPL is working or nor and whether it is in English. It is not that fun if the live EPL is in Mandarin or Cantonese. For now, i will keep my Astro Sports package. |

No choice but to wait till 10th Aug to test the EPL Live whether is in English or not.
But the sales lady should at least disclose to the consumers that the Live Sports channels are not conducted in English.
The sales lady did mention that she watched the WC live with 1OTT but she didn't disclose the language of the problem. Partly my fault for not asking the language question.

Saw one of your message that we can use the Android or IOS (Iphone) as the remote control for the 1OTT player, how do you instal the app in the Iphone?
