Just search for "Popcorn Hour Remote Control", then you may install it on your IOS device and also android device.
Then, just key in the IP Address for the 1OTT, and start to control it by using the Remote Control app.

Go to <Setup>, <Configure network>, and you will found your IP address of your 1OTT.

For the EPL, I am not sure weather which channel do broadcast this.
But you can use the "Sopcast engine" app and key in the sopcast link on this.
For the commentary, it is depending on the contents provider to provide the channel on this.
It is no any option to fix it in the language that preferred.

It is depending on the source that available and provided by the apps provider on this.
What do you mean by "can support TV"?
Normal TV that come with HDMI Cable can support.
For those old TV that come with Composite Cable also can be support.
Of course,at least the TV can support PAL.

Broadband can be use as well.
So far, as we know is U Mobile, Maxis Broadband, P1, UNIFI, TIME.dot...
