advertising starter usually do all the job and provide idea's to ur punya ah 头... then they will take all the credit until 1 day u get promoted.... have to be very creative come out with plenty of good idea's then when ur ah 头 got promoted will let u take his place to support him in the future....when he got enuf money retire u take his place lu....^^

i work in maketing company b4 they will provide promoter's to big companies who needs to do promotion...take comission...have to move alot drive alot to different places to inspect ur staff's and aso do marketing research abt the trends n customers feed back towards the product.....
