Hi all,

I in dilemma as my back n butt have serious acne problem. Not to mention I not dare to wear bikini to beach or swimming pool, I even not dare to have the intimate moment with my bf. I have a very low self-confidence and drive myself crazy. Is anyone of you encounter with this problem? how to get rid of these acne?

is it all around or only one large acne with cyst formation?

hi there, i have sensitive skin.

i used to encounter the same issue back in high school.

the key is patience and discipline.

i used to apply T3 tu. but since I couldnt afford it for long term. I find another alternatives.

used shower cream with antibacterial, preferable herbal. i used Protex Herbal. apply it with bath glove (recommended the body shop ones). it is for scrubbing purpose to exfoliate the dead skin cells.

after bath, i applied virgin coconut oil. since my skin is sensitive, i always prefer organic/natural product.

if u managed to take care ur hygiene very well, u'd get to c improvement. depends on how serious ur skin condition actually.

when the acne is totally gone, start applying whitening body lotion that suitable for ur skin. as usual, vco first, massage for few minutes, then apply whitening cream/lotion to lighten the scar if there's any..

u have to be patient dear..n remember to take shower regularly 2 or 3 times a day..

for weekly or monthly basis, scrub and have a warm bath soaked with Epsom Salt. find it in any pharmacies nearby. it would fasten the healing process.

and please dont "kacau2" ur acne or it would get worse..

it works well for me and I still using vco regularly because it moisturize my skin..feel smooth and soft all day..

u might replace vco with bio oil too..

is it acne or keratosis pilaris? i find using pure virgin coconut oil helps.

I know your pain! I suffer from back acne for many many years and tried a few products like T3 body acne spray but it was too harsh for my skin

besides those products applied....try to change your foods lifestyle...less meats/seafoods...more fruits and veges..

try allano lotion. it works best for me. i used to have lots of acne at the back and also mosquito bites scars on my legs. i applied the lotion after bath everyday without fail.

I used to have small acne on my chest, doctor only advise the normal stuff like wash your skin and put benzoyl peroxide etc. After few years I figured out that it is the hair products that cause the acne.

Even after washing off conditioner, the water has oil residue and can cause acne when drip on your hair and butt. Try to wash hair away from your body, use separate towel for hair, avoid too many hair products, change your pillowcase etc.

can try seeing dermatologist, mayb they'll recommend u some cream to apply for the acnes and bar soap for that

if yes, i think u should not be low-self confidence. he loves u for who u are girl
