9seputih now got ex waste treatment (now STP garden but ppl will always rmbr the smelly NPE stretch), low cost neighbors n a potential below average mall with gian or Econmurah   

All but Parkson    who is most probably not interested in tht mall as well... mall oversupply coming up so they cn only choose the best malls but really if econmurah or gianz is there (prefer tesco cos more clean image), apartment value will drop la. Cn u imagine telling ppl u paid 800-1000psf to live in awkward shaped layout above an econmurah?

I hear a lot of funny stuff happen in scott soho    so do u know the exact sales numbers of southbank?

These UOA sales people at Bangsar South very lansi one. I went there last year they also ignored me. I ended up with zero info on Southbaank and Southview too. They are the second most lansi property sales people I encountered. The most lansi being Paramount's Utropolis sales people.
