sure 2 rooms or not? macam 1 room 1 store room.
most 2nd room no window at all. macam store room. sure for human stay ar?

Think twice this more jialat than 9 seputeh. 9 seputeh better if compare to this non human stay no window room unit.

Most of the bad things u mention in future u cannot see at 9 seputeh Liao. High tension no more, oxidation pond also no more. Now Got big big public garden developing and nearby. And the future road access is far better. Nice planning.

Downside is also what u said. Most No car park. Leasehold.. Etc. Overall 9 seputeh still better. Future Surrounding way better also. Developer background, track record and portfolio also mrcb win.

no need lar...just focus on mrcb 9S and uoa SB enough.
after visit 9S i kinda like the planing and the improve infra around
both mrcb and uoa developers background, past projects and track record already said it all.
RV also have many pigeon hole size.. macam those below 700sf type.... don't think is very the very family stay type.

Petalz got ready KTM station not far away. can take ktm go midvalley or kl sentral office icon_rolleyes.gif
if monorail ada...from OKR to sunway....
high possible will have station around. also can interchange with ktm there.

for petalz...only drawback is close to flyover and hindu temple not far.

RV unit those below 700sf unit.... the 2nd room technically is more like a store-room than a bedroom.. due to no window.
and 900+sf unit....the 3rd room also can't consider a bedroom coz also no window.

Yup. Just only okr location good...but add on soso Design and soso planing don't think it worth the price tag.

Especially bedroom without window. No matter how big the room is... if a bedroom without window just very not suitable to stay. I saw n experience it before. Bigger than usual room just no window. When sit inside the feeling just not right. Even with air condition. And most of the time need to on the light when ever u in the room when u r not sleeping. No natural light can reach.... Just too dark n creepy.

think twice... before getting it. especially 2 bedrooms unit. most unit the 2nd room got no window at all.
no matter how big the room without window basically is not live-able.
good for storage only.
