Was too busy to drop by sales office this week,hopefully next week can drop by to secure a desired unit.fren bought a few units and offered to me for a nominal fee.he said that it's better and more worth than what is still available...any1 have info on remaining units and can confirm if the increase of price is true?

i'm more concern on the access road, the building itself is not high density, so if surrounding is high density, that's just city life.... if you want low density u always have a choice to move to semenyih. access road seems a bit odd and narrow.

Went there ytday,mostly left few top floors.price also up already.end up transfer unit from Fren.i think more worth compare to what's left there.not looking for too high floors, for investment purpose so lower entry price better.btw,how u guys get 10th floor? Booked long ago?
