The only drawback is an exact location surrounded by few condos in future, road access not that ideal and two car park in tandem. Overall are quite impressed.

I reckoned the place is rent-able but Rental rate is a question-mark unless it's walkable to future monorail station (to be verified on monorail extension).

high possible will have station around. also can interchange with ktm there.

for petalz...only drawback is close to flyover and hindu temple not far.

RV unit those below 700sf unit.... the 2nd room technically is more like a store-room than a bedroom.. due to no window.
and 900+sf unit....the 3rd room also can't consider a bedroom coz also no window.

I couldn't agreed with you more on Petalz, no worry about the flyover if you get a gasing hills view's unit.

I quite like the RV but the disliked the road access to RV, surrounded with many condos in future, and car park in tandem.

Very nice condo and i think the facade better than verve suite.
