Just updated to NB4 via Kies3. Got error message using OTA. Downloading is surprisingly long. I think kies downloads the whole rom, not just update files.

all rom now is in sammobile dedicated server so its quite fast.

yes can. but careful when putting the back the case. the only concern if you glass protector is not rounded as it might easily scrape with the tpu. should be no issue with rounded edges.
