I had my iPad 3rd gen for 1 and half years. Was working until yesterday it suddenly dropped from WiFi connection.
I din modify any settings prior to that.

I try to reconnect the same hotspot and straight away giving me 'Unable to Join Network'. Like the iPad never even consider joining it

so i go ahead with lots of troubleshooting:

1. Power cycle my iPad. Soft restart. Press sleep button until i see the red slide to power off method. Didn't work
2. Hard restart. Press sleep and home button until the unit turned off. And turn it on again. Didn't work
3. On off iPad's WiFi, didn't work. Put in airplane mode, on WiFi, didn't work. Connect with bluetooth on, didn't work. Off bluetooth, didn't work
4. Go to network profile, press 'Forget Network' then rejoin. Key in my WiFi WPA key, didn't work.
5. On off my router. Didn't work. Set my WiFi to open with no encryption. Didn't work
6. Use static ip, didn't work
7. Move to friend's house and try on friend's router, didn't work
8. On my personal hotspot, didn't work.
9. I was on IOS 5.1.1 previously so i though maybe upgrading would help. So i upped to IOS 7.0.4, didn't work.
10. with IOS 7.0.4, i reset and clear everything (means complete reset) didn't work.

So, with so much that i have tried, i concluded it might be some problem with the WiFi module, which i don't think so because it still detects WiFi!!!

before i send it in for repair, what can you guys suggest me to do? help appreciated.. thanks!
