hey, wanna ask, i just paid for an online transaction with my AMEX (in foreign currency) and i was charged an extra USD1. thought it was just that particular website. then i made another purchase on a different website and again i was charged this extra USD1. i'm about to make my third purchase and am wondering what this extra charges are for or if i should use another card.

anyone knows why?
