Hi All,
I am a new Maybank 2 gold card holder, i got a couple of questions. For the first week that i used my credit card, I will get a SMS notification for every successful transaction. Eg. When filling up for petrol or shopping at Tesco. After more than two weeks i used the credit card, I did not receive any sms for any transaction. Is this normal? Second, I try to purchase a electronics device using Maybank easy pay at Tesco for the amount of RM800. They tried for about 10 times, every transactions are unsuccessful. I go to the other Tesco outlet the next day, same thing happen again. Is there any limit for daily transaction? Apreciate any feedback. Thanks. Hi guys, currently my statement date is on 8th day of every month, and payment due date is on 28th.
Can I request Maybank to change my payment due date at beginning of each month? Because my salary is on at 30th. |
