Hi all, I own the maybankard2 platinum. i applied it last year when i was drawing SGD$15k per month. then on march I quit my job and began freelancing (registered my own soleprop business) directly to my client in Msia. so every month i will invoice them & they will bank in the money directly into my account.

I would like to apply for Maybank Visa Infinite and the req is RM180k annual income. Since i do not have a payslip anymore, how do I apply for it? And it says require 6 mths bank statement for self employed, which i only have 1 mth for this new bank account.

My question is, how would they treat existing customer who want to sign up for a new credit card? will they just issue the new card based on the old payslip I submitted last yr (S$15 * 12 * 2.5 = RM450k per yr) or they will ask me to update them with my new pay slip?

1. tax return doc is in singapore wan. my last payslip from singapore is on jan. then my first payment for soleprop havent come in yet (60 days term after invoice).
2. the new bank account no money inside yet

anyone here face same case as me? as in existing mbb apply the vi card without submitting new documents?

okla. i thnk the best way is to call them terus la (kinda lazy esp raining noon).
i dont swipe rm80k per yr on my amex, and i am kedekut to pay the annual fee. 50k still ok la so far on amex got 50k. i swipe mostly on my citibank pm card cos the rates are better than amex and I often travel oversea for projects. just sked suddenly last month of fiscal year i havent spend enough to qualify for waiver.

what if i want to apply without FD pledge and want to use my previous payslip submitted to maybank for the amex application last time?
