Those who don't check Lowyat will just call CS and mess up the call stats, frustrate other customers because of the call queue & agitate the CSO because they have to keep repeating the same thing over & over again.

I believe banks have their way to calculate the rebate; some have different cut off date, some follow statement date, while some only show after you have reached certain threshold.
