just checked all my cc statements. GST charged on 15 Feb, annually. Card's anniversary month is Feb too. Bill cycle is 21st. already forgotten when was my approval date  i was using visa before upgraded to mbb2card.

interestingly, i couldnt find any GST charged for year 2013. checked statements from jan - dec 2013, couldnt find any GST charged. i wonder why it was not listed. prior to 2013, i can see GST charged without fail.

where do you set this ? Cant find it in maybank2u.

does it matter so much to you whether it's a mastercard or visa? i think when you get the card, you will be using amex more instead of mastercard or visa (for maximum benefits).

anyway, if that really matters, you may call the cs and request them to change the visa to mastercard saying that you did mentioned during your application that you wanted for a mastercard instead of visa.

for your information, there is no difference between mastercard and visa because both are widely accepted. the difference are mainly on exclusive promotion done by mastercard or visa. for example, get 10% discount on agoda with visa on wednesday or get 10% discount on universal studio sg entrance ticket with mastercard (previous promo).

the amex include the weekend 5% cashback already?

dump in RM 20,000 into credit card and make credit = - RM20,000 (extra payment)

swap to buy item with price RM25,000 and balance in credit = RM5000

I think its been mentioned before but would just like to double check. If i use maybank2card Amex gold card, can i pay most bills online i.e TNB, Unifi, and Astro and get 5% cash back?

u need to go to astro lifestyle centre they accept amex on weekends, they will ask you for auto debit then really see your luck if it falls on the weekend too
