today i call cs and ask someone to call me because im interested to apply for mbb 2 card. This afternoon someone call me and verify all the details they got from my maybank2u and apply the card for me. No need to fill up any form or submit anything, awesome!!

yeap, salary trough maybank, thats why no need to submit anything, but i always transfer half of my money to other account for saving, dunno if it will effect my application since my balance will be very little biggrin.gif

they give me petronas card instead of maybank2card, already call CS, they ask me to call again on monday so they can check with the branch.

The problem is i apply this card on the phone without any form, maybe the officer has enter wrong info for me.. haih sad.gif

very upset with my officer that handle my application, keep in wrong info and have been given wrong card. Now cant convert, need to apply one more time.. haih.. wasting my time only sad.gif

not sure, the officer asked me to hold on the card first because the card is under maybank islamic

anyway if choose to take the card the nearest branch, how do I know when i can get the card? call the branch?

is it still possible to get maybank2card in 1 hour from 1 Utama Card Center, I'm kinda tired waiting for them to settle my issue. Might as well go to 1 Utama and apply 1 more time. Not sure if it will cause a problem if I have multiple application sweat.gif

very sad today, go to 1U to re-apply maybank 2 cards but has been rejected without a reason. The officer said it might be because of my Ikhwan card.
But I though Islamic bank and Conventional bank is different entity, and every CS I spoke too said it shouldn't give me a problem if I apply Conventional card.
Haih dunno what to do .. sad.gif

yes, you are right. Cs told me the same thing. They suggest me to close Ikhwan card first and reapply for the Maybank 2 card again. And I already did, let see what happen laugh.gif
