hi, is it possible to apply this card using EA form only without payslip?

ya, is below the requirement for basic salary, but director fees for each month around 10k ..

If you are salaried employee:

Copy of NRIC (both sides) or Passport
Latest 3 months' salary slips
Latest 6 months' savings account activity/current account statements


and the 6 months saving account activity is it necessary to give them? since i got a m2u account with them they cannot check by them?
