guys, my dad is holding MBB 2 Gold card.

Is that any way to add this 2 card into my M2U acc so that I can access and help my dad to do all utilities billing?

My dad don't know how to use computer and the queue nowadays in whichever's or bank to pay bill or the cc payment is too long and my dad tired of it.
