Currently am using Manchester United visa card from maybank. Planning to change to this card.

Question is, is it possible to transfer treats points to this card?

If I cancel the Manchester United card, what will happen to standing monthly payments like life insurance etc? What about Ezy payment?

Transferred my points and Ezy payment from gold to platinum. So I guess it's possible. You just need to inquire.

The lady said can't transfer as far as she knows... Which I doubt cos the last time I asked in branch they say it's possible 

I think in this case better apply via branch myself rather than going through email and phone.

I wouldn't say it's the same type of card because card numbers are different? However, the transfer was quite a mess. Took months before it can be done completely. Dunno how many times I !@%^ the CS.

Guys I just paid the full amount in my latest statement according to the statement balance but I noticed that only the minimum balance goes to zero but the statement balance still remains the same in MB2u. Is this normal? It did recorded my payment but won't the statement balance goes to zero too?

Let say every 3rd is statement date.

For example on month of May, done few transaction on 3rd May

So, the above transaction will be appear on this 3rd May statement, but not on 3rd June statement

hi guys, called up to apply for the platinum card, but telemarketer suggested premier instead.
the thing is - GST is RM50 for each card, comes up to RM100 per year leh.
platinum only RM50 for 2 cards right?
confirmed ah?

also, anyway/tactics to get them to waive the GST?

Some question regarding balance transfers with regards to the opening of a new platinum card.

1.Had recently applied a platinum card and closed off my previous gold account (principal and sub cards).
2. Balance is now reflected on the platinum accounts.
3. BUT Payment dates are not shown (i.e. "N/A") for both card types on principal and secondary accounts.

So question now is does that mean MBB had extended my payment dates for the outstanding balances?

If I first paid using my AMEX and a few days later when the charge appears on my account and i pay it off straight away with money from my savings account. Is that ok?

as long as you pay before the due date, no issue but what's the objective of this?

It's possible but you still need to call them to increase cl regardless of dumping into account or not.

funny I still received my statement by mail today, but I ticked statement by email during application.
