hey guys, just want to ask does anyone experience missing treat points? Couple months ago I checked it was 100k plus but just now I realise that it has been drastically reduced to 22k. I didn't redeem any gift whatsoever. I know that they have implemented new policy regarding expiring treat points but for points accumulated prior to 2013 should have expiry date until 2016. Anyone experience missing points as well?

i dont get any from them (could be a blessing ) since i got my credit cards for years now.

i guess i ticked the options in M2U wayyyy back. I forgotten there's option to choose my eDM preference in M2U.

just had a long chat with Maybank CS.

In M2U, i ticked some "Financial Interest", e.g. Credit Card, Insurance, Investment, etc. Submit the changes, and it's done. Logout, login M2U and selection is there.

Now, i wanted to untick some of the options, and submit changes again. The page refreshed with my previous selection. Logout, login M2U but selection is the previous one.

based on MBB's CS, I cannot untick the options after I ticked them earlier (huh?!  ). They going to escalate to the product manager (probably in charge of M2U) to deselect some of the options.

I have a dispute transaction with Maybank and after raising the dispute form, it still shows in my transaction details. Do anyone know how long they take to investigate the matter? Thanks.

Hi guys, wanted to take this promo, but I faced a problem in Groupon....
I want to buy a few deals and pay one shot with Amex to meet the min RM100 transaction, but I can't find anyway to do this in Groupon! 
Whenever I click Buy, Groupon will direct me to payment screen and not allowing me to add another item in the same order... seems like Groupon doesn't have shopping cart feature. 
Any Groupon sifu can help? 
Want to catch the weekend 5% CB also.
