'bout the question on hand. since my May cashback already maxed out ... If I swipe on 31 May (Sat), but posted on 1 Jun (Sun), that particular swipe will be be calculated in June's cashback pool?

isnt this weird/irregular since the cashback is mainly on transaction date, irrespective to posting date? 

local transaction usually posting date are fast..
try oversea transaction, always delay between 2-5days..on worst day, it go beyond that

yeah, mbb will adjust back the figure once they realise the mistake... unless he cancelled his card before mbb found out the mistake. 

but i do get extra from bank before.
last time i did a dispute with mbb and it took about 2 years but still pending (although i follow up weekly).
in the end, mbb gave me that disputed amount based on their goodwill and then the merchant also return back the same amount to me after few months later. 

How to apply this card? Can apply online?

yeah, because i kept on disturbing them (for 2 years) to close my case due to obvious signature fraud.
the merchant later returned the money to me in cheque, but mbb cannot get back the money from me because i already cancelled the card right after they gave me the money.   

I pump shell using my Amex this morning.. I pump rm35 but I received a sms from maybank saying rm 250 have been charged..

Yep, the amount u charged to your amex will appear in your statement. In fact not only amex, petrol stations hold a certain amount for other credit card as well.

normally petrol transaction using amex is posted the next day
but yea, if u pump 5 times a DAY, definitely your credit limit is going to reduce by RM1000 - RM1250, but i thk your card will be block before you manage to pump 5 times 

usually bank will not just release after the posting date, it still take 3 to 5 days after posting date.
At least that what happen with cimb. Cimb will only release the amount after 5 days, doesn't matter when your posting date. Maybe maybank is different, we never know.

Not really, have to depend greatly on when the merchant do the settlement. Some daily and some 2 days once

How to pay AIA insurance using Amex on weekend to earn the 5% rebates?
Logon into M2U for bill payment to AIA but they do not accept Amex.
I can only pay AIA insurance using my saving account via M2U.

There's no rebate for Visa.
Plus, in M2U website, you have no option to select to pay via Visa as well.

i was rejected when applying MBB 2 Platinum.

may i know how long i have to wait to reapply?

Why don't you try appeal and get a gold card. If still unsuccessful then ask for the reason.
