Now I guess you can just ask CS to cancel your current card and help you to reapply again lo...

Yeah they directly cancel my card and will re-issue with new card, only for amex.

Shouldn't be a problem, just apply the process is fairly simple and quick and the staff will help you out.

Funny is they did not inform you the Amex card already blocked until you try to use it. Did MBB told you how they know that the transactions is not perform by you?

just went to 1u for application 2 hours ago and still no update until now. i tot they just need 1 hour to process?

anyone can help check ur M2U rewards (treatpoints) for your amex cards.. mine doesnt show anything anymore.. used to hv 50k points there. now its missing.. i didnt use at all.

Yes it is funny they are not informing me. CS lady asked me whether I received any call this morning on that transaction and of course I said no. Straight away she want to cancel my amex.

They only said that the transaction is suspicious, hence blocking the transaction. lol

What should i spend my TP ya? Last time I like to redeem at harvey norman RM50 voucher for 9700 TP but now 12500 TP for same voucher. I do not find any value anymore.

I have about 170k TP to spend.

i usually redeem petrol vouchers.. last time 10k for rm50.. now same thing 12500 for rm50. i guess i cal last time 5x treatpoints is 2.5% cash back in a way.. now its 2% d lo.

redeem cash vouchers. if not harvey norman, then try other cash vouchers for grocery, fast food, petrol, etc... 12,500 for rm50 cash vouchers still have more value than other items.

dunno why i didnt apply for maybank 2 platinum cards, it suddenly appeared in my online banking.

called up Maybank about the missing AMEX TreatsPoints.

it seems M2U is having a system upgrade/maintenance, which affects the display of AMEX TPs. That's why it's not listed in M2U for some.

they are aware of this enquiry. no loss of TP count (existing and newly acquired points).

No specific timeline given on the completion of the upgrade/maintenance.

i suggest you to report it immediately if you didn't apply. this is serious case.

Noticed that my AMEX card & points were not listed from the website.

finally my application is approved after being rejected 4 months ago. can go and collect the card tomorrow at 1u
