you just have to insist on getting atm card. ask for their manager if have to.

Few months ago, my maybank debit card expired so i insist on getting ATM card instead.

For Maybankard 2 AMEX, this is the correct behavior. You would see RM50 on your Maybankard 2 Visa/MasterCard

I'm assuming it's your AMEX. your GST gets waived. so... they charge you and paid for you? that's what i thought which is why i didn't wonder too much about mine.
