in my case, cards sent via poslaju, ~3 working days after listed in m2u.

upgrade from gold -> platinum, but it's considered a new signup, probably that's why it took longer to get it (3 working days to be listed in m2u, 3 more working days for physical cards to reach me)

once received the cards, i started making calls to arrange the outstanding/treatspoints transfer. this transfer, took around 6-7 working days.
