650M? Low settings only lol. That's liek a 9600 or 9800GT for the PC.
And connection in East malaysia im not really sure bro. but let's put it.. I'm using Unifi (peninsular), and my friend is using Streamyx. we both basically get the same ping more or less. unless someone steals his bandwidth, he may experience higher ping.
