Yes I did change my car horn with the relay. I remembered I did a long honking at a car in front of me. Probably that fused the relay.
Now you mentioned it, most likely the fuse relay is the culprit. But, I've already made an appointment to get the Honda Assist to tow my car tomorrow morning and I won't be in KL for the next few days. Should I cancel the Honda Assist appointment and I, myself deliver the car to my own accessory technician to replace it? probably save some time and costs there from Honda 3S.

Likewise, with the VSA turned off, and the fused relay causing the locked gearbox (unless I unlock it manually), would it be wise for me to drive until I replace the fuse with the off VSA? Not sure whether it's safe to drive with this current situation?

h11 if i recall correctly , i might be wrong, but definitely not h4 or h7

it's either h11 or 9006 or 9005 aka HB4 & HB3
