Anybody have 2009 Honda City part schematic diagram? I need to know how to install the left side mirror motor. Mine does not want to flip already.

Guys,
Anybody experience this before? My honda city year 2009 side mirror (passenger side) have this 'tak tak' sounds and cannot be retracted. sound like the motor unable to fold the side mirror back due to loose connection? What actually broken? Is it the ACTUATOR COMP. (#7) or BRACKET COMP. (#12) broken? or just the SCREW-WASHER (#22) broken? Please refer below assembly diagram. TQ
