QUOTE(mdnOor @ Mar 24 2014, 08:26 PM) Hi guys. Today my HC boot lock kena cucuk and already damaged. Also caused my boot cannot close anymore. I had to use musking tape to seal the boot so it can close. Luckily no things were stolen. Anyone experienced situation like this, can you help me. I wanna ask how much it will cost if im going to repair it? I also plan not to use key hole anymore, instead just close it with plate number. Coz i rarely open the boot. Maybe install boot release later. How much is it to install boot release? Mine got cucuk too a year ago... an empty laptop bag was stolen and a broken key hole... Took out the lock myself (just a few screws) and brought it to a locksmith beside the road, passed him my original honda car key, he use a new lock, insert it into the old bracket and use the ori key to set the lock... done! RM90.... go home and install the lock back into the boot and it's working fine again... just some scratches and dented part on the key hole... =/

QUOTE(fuzzy007 @ Apr 2 2014, 03:12 PM) same as my friend but at least it sounds when force open right? the easiest way i think is to cover the hole with number plate,i think this is the disadvantages of having key hole on boot part but the design for this key hole is quite impressive, for those newbie who dunno how to cucuk it will spoilt the key hole easily and prevent the boot from opening another weird thing is the alarm module is inside the boot.... when u open the boot the sound is loud and sharp, but when u close it the alarm gets muffed

QUOTE(90Boyz @ Feb 5 2024, 11:48 AM) Initial impression on 80km after replacing the spark plug jerking situation "gone" (hopefully) but still in monitoring when hit into longer distance .. QUOTE(90Boyz @ Feb 6 2024, 12:52 AM) replaced on aug 2022, i think mileage like 30k of using it only I just purchased Denso spark plugs on shopee and yet to bring to my mechanic to have them installed on my 2010 City at 100k+ km. You mentioned you are replacing yours at 30k km?

Hi all, my 2010 Honda city just reached 100k km recently. I have started servicing the car outside since the car was 3 years old and out of warranty and usually do just the oil and oil filter change, I only replace what is broken.
I had the spark plugs replaced, but wonder if I need to also replace any other components such as the fuel strainer?
Thanks in advance!
