Did you notice our city is very hard to start? you need to wait the beep beep sound stop or put in the seat belt only can start smoothly. if you turn ignition on straight away slot in the key sometimes is chocking. You will need to try another turn to start engine.....
is this normal? after 6 yrs? it was not like this

My 2013 city big windscreen cracked without hitting any stone or whatsoever and the cracking line getting longer day by day? Anyone here also encounter the same problem as me?

i changed my windscreen last week. had a stone chipped and line got longer.  bought insurance since when i owned the car.

don't think you can claim absorber , as it is wear and tear part. unless it is leaking(first 6months)

Starter motor issue... i got mine replaced to Denso and never encounter that problem since.

Back then when I complained to Honda back in 2011, they replaced my battery but problem still persist. I complained again and they replaced my starter motor. In fact, i receive a letter requesting me to send the car back to replace the starter motor. Never encountered starting problem ever since (especially when engine is hot).

I noticed the Denso motor are of better quality when you crank it. The sound is a lot different from the defective one.

Experience Honda mechanic will know City is plague with this issue. They just won't inform you due to whatever reason.

Can you see what is the brand of your current starter motor?

Facing the same issue here. Will encounter hard to start if I go to short distance and suddenly stop the engine and will hard to start at the first crank. I suspected the starter want to kawput already. Just newly changed the battery and the iridium spar plug. Sure the problem are not from the battery or the plug.
