Ya this is famous happened on City car, I have been happened after half month of new car, not even one month...

I will always quickly see the City car around parking area whether kena or not, almost are happened...

Anyone want to ask Honda how come the new City can service every 10k? Same engine etc. Only gearbox different. Haih. Really tempted to service outside already.

Just done for 5k service cost about RM116.20 (fully synthetic)

Talked with one of SA that the new Jazz hybird may be launch on August 2014. And I asked why the new city rear brake come with drum, but not disc brake, reply by SA that because Honda need to cut cost.

Reason why they are offering 4 spec in market is due to competitor against Toyota Vios.

And SA said that Honda may not launch for City hybird, if not, then the new City will not attractive at all and may caused bad prospected for new city in market

Hi all sifus, I'm driving a year 2012 HC. Has anyone of you experience noise from the dashboard when the car is moving on uneven road? It's coming from the passenger's air bag side. The noise will be gone when I press on the dashboard. Is this something can be fixed? Please advise.

Mine got cucuk too a year ago... an empty laptop bag was stolen and a broken key hole...

Took out the lock myself (just a few screws) and brought it to a locksmith beside the road, passed him my original honda car key, he use a new lock, insert it into the old bracket and use the ori key to set the lock... done! RM90.... go home and install the lock back into the boot and it's working fine again... just some scratches and dented part on the key hole... =/

Yup mine exactly the problem u describe here but still no solution on that !!! And SC just can't fix it and please don't look for them anymore is totally wasting u time

Perhaps should disable the key-hole at the rear and the only access to pop open it is from the inside of the car.
Should this be the decent preventive option?

What kind of noise from the passenger's airbag section? "Whirring sound"?

Yes !!! u got any solution on that ???

Unlike what you had experienced during uneven road at the passenger's airbag side, mine has the "whirring sound" on the driver's side going at 160kmph. So frankly, I can't be exactly sure that we had the same problem or it is the similar issue like yours.
Nonetheless, I do not have the solution for this. Sorry!

oh different issue here mine was go under uneven road !!!

i am not sure about urs problem but for mine it sound on dashboard on passenger and driver side
and i just notice that the sound was came from the plastic cover for A pillar at the end there which near to the dashboard
u can try to press on the plastic cover lightly to see whether tat is the sound that u stated
for my case i use a small tissues to stuck it between the front windscreen and plastic cover and the sound gone
but i just realise there is a 'new' sound this few weeks and it seems like the sound came inside the dashboard which i cant do anything

i tried this on my city 2012 and it works
although it can't prevent ppl to 'cucuk' it but at least it sounds when someone try to open it

guys,i am driving city 2012
have u all notice that sometimes when speeding at 100-110km/h on highway
the car will shaking around and it seems like it will go to the left and right on a straight road
at first i thought vsa is doing its job but there is no signal light blinking at that time,
i had went back to the sc and they already fix back the alignment and balancing but it still happen once on a highway
i'm not sure about the wind and it doesn't happen all the time so i'm not sure what is the problem,any ideas?

my friend city 2012 had the same problem with u but i think he is more lucky cos i just help him to activate the alarm on rear boot back
and there is also nothing inside the boot so nothing was stolen
what he did was going back to sc and ask for the price and sc tell him is about 380 if i'm not forgotten
end up he cover it with new number plate which just cost not more than 100 bucks

i once tried emergency brake when the stupid car infront didn't put signal to turn left
my car was new at that time i think i just take it mostly few days and the brake still not run in yet and it really feel like not powerful enough
but at that time i press the pedal hardly and what happen is i can press down the pedal more hardly than normal
i'm not sure about what system to caused it to be happen but the really stop in split of time
the good news is i didnt't knock the car infront but i kena scold by my parents on the rear seat
