Guys, my kodi the fusion will be missing after a day I installed. I got to reinstall again n again. Any idea what goes wrong? Thank you

Cos I was testing it out with the same TV show (eg: Jessica Jones) The beast fail to load any links for me while shism TV load 720p links for me on first try.
So thats y i'm suspecting on the configuration side.

Marvel's Jessica Jones right? Tested episode 11 and got playable links with subs. So yeah, its possibly a configuration thing. SALTS's settings needs manual fine tuning.

HQ source cannot work already for few weeks.

few months ago i already tested my system with ubuntu,everythings working perfectly including wifi.
actually i was planning on using this rig to attach to tv, because this one is spare rig without monitor. so i was hoping that after the pc is turned on, it directly opens kodi, i dont want the desktop.
isit possible if i install ubuntu or any other full linux os but directly open kodi after boot?

today, it starts to work!

Yeah, sure you can get KODI to auto-start in Ubuntu. You can configure other applications that should be started at login, in addition to the default startup applications configured on the system. For a smoother experience, during the initial Ubuntu installation setup, you'll be asked if you require entering the username & password upon login or being automatically logged on. Agree to the latter. If you already said yes, then you need to go to System Settings--->System--->User Accounts---><your_username> (something like that, pulled off memory) and make sure it's set to automatically log in. Then with the help of the "gnome-tweak-tool" or "startup application"......See below;


Alternatively.... there's also Ubuntu Tweak and this.

I managed to install Salts and Genesis on my Sony tablet and play via Chromecast, so far so good.

I also bought a preconfigured Xiaomi Mibox with Kodi, but I noticed the links on Salts are different and most of it doesn't work. How to I redo Salts on the Xiaomi? Do I need to delete some files?

System... Addons... Enabled addons... Select category... Select addon (SALTS).. Hit uninstall...

using unifi stb.

unifi stb is a special box, probably small memory. kodi needs quite a bit of memory to work with more addons.

IMO.... Here goes... The YouTube video is probably an old one and has an incorrect Xunity url... Try this....

*File Manger > Add Source > None
*Type the following and click DONE.
*Enter Source name (i.e. Xunity) > Done > OK > Go back to Main Screen
*Settings > Add-ons > Install from zip file > Xunity > XunityTalk_Repository.zip
*Wait for Add-on enabled notification in bottom right corner.
*Back to Add-ons > Get Add-ons > XunityTalk Repository

Profit!!

Yes you can... You can add or remove anything, change shortcut links, menu items in the skin... Everything..
