Im looking for a budgie....any idea where i can find a breeder?One more thing...are there any1 here has a talking budgie?I desperately want to train my budgie to talk when i get it later,but i dont know wht is the best way to train?

i tested today, by opening the door, Ken as what i call my budgie, walks in and out of the cage freely, and im not sure why but today he screams for attention, im sensing mating season is coming
