i didnt know the tread existed ><"
well actually i was thinking on getting one of those bird-brain but im not too sure on which is suitable for me
cockatoos is in my top list, but since u guys just lay out all the details, i guess it would be my second, or maybe third choice, i mean, im not that familiar with bird, and all this clipping and all just new for me, and after sufing some videos for taming birds, im actually excited to get 1, just not sure where to pick one =(

just bought 2 budgie from bohrlin few days back rclxms.gif
at first they are in the same cage, but as a test, im giving 1 to my bro to take care of it
while the other is with me, 1 is super-hyper active, 1 is abit slow hmm.gif
so its bonding time, its already tame but not friendly enuff unsure.gif

the one im keeping is a male, a quiet English male budgie
i already done hand feed but im gonna keep on feeding them this way
also its hilarious when he realized that i already pull him out of the cage while he's nipping my hand eating the millets away biggrin.gif
now im starting to feed him on the top of the cage, letting him be more relax and to make him feel the outside is not that bad
still i know it would take time, there are more worse problem then mine so i have to say im abit lucky laugh.gif

how much to  buy a budgie in kl smile.gif ?
can it recognise me?
i m kinda interested in it.. but need more details
can i keep it inside the room?
*
you should ask bohrlin about the birds, he sell me 2 before, try pming
bare in mind that bonding really takes time, and i think mine would be years lol
can it recognise you? not sure i can answer that cuz my bird also respond with my other roomates
i am keeping it in my room, letting it out sometimes to explore, and pick him up once awhile
i tried to gather my budgie with my brothers one (they were a couple before separating them) and now its more alienating me
wrong move i guess sweat.gif

i dont think swing doors are better.. the birds can easily escape.. i like the normal doors that you raise... swing doors u open only so easy for the birds to escape!

how to upload pictures?
*
instead of using the cage to "jail" it, i prefer buying a cage thats is suitable as a "room" for it, in dun wanna make it feel like they are imprison. and since im only taking care of 1 bird instead of 2, sense of freedom to me is crucial

weed: hey bro, if u looking for a young AG, there's one for sale at ikano power centre's pet safari. just go to the reptile section, look for the malay dude there. 2500 for the bird, but its darn worth it. that baby's darn tame, even chummy with strangers!
*
thats, abit, too much XD
well i might think it through 1st, might buy when im abit stable, cuz i might not be in M'sia in the nearest future.
also does ur AG fights with the other birds?

for a tame one yea its possible, but you really need to think throughly, cuz its not just the cost of it
the bird can life as long as you do, if you really want it u have to be really committed,
have to spend time with it, you probably have to take care of it as like a baby.

thats a very big investment lul
if you are not serious on buying go for cockatiel, its worth it
and if you are really into bird and know what sacrifice lies ahead, then buying a AG, AAG, or an Amazon would be your a problem to you.
Big or small, they are all your pride and joy tongue.gif

Hello Bird Lovers,

I have 2 budgies currently. They are rather camera shy but would like to
post them anyways.
