are you using 70mm paper? If yes then change it to 80mm. Also remember to fan out that paper before putting them into the paper feed tray. This will avoid the papers from sticking to each other causing multiple pages feed.

This printer dont have auto double print option. It all need to do it manually. 1st choice a doc print 1-2 pages, setting on this printer option click on double page printing. Printer will start print the frist page, finished. ... The printer will waiting for you to insert the back page for printing. Sure, if you done the front page printed, just turn the paper back insert to printer paper tray. press ok start print the back page. That it call double sided print. This is the option must ON.

According from Epson say:
Multi-page feed error
Multiple pages have been fed into the printer at once, or the wrong paper size has been fed into the printer. Remove and reload the paper, then press the maintenance button.

That it.

Anyone have used it and have solve the problem ? Situation: When i print multiple pages that require one sided only... paper feed was not issue at all.. but when i wanna print 2 sided front and back of the A4... the feeding prompt feeding error and have to press copy button to continue for every page printout. Hassle right? imagin u have 1000 pages to print... Solution: Set the page type to envelope. It's how I solved my duplex printing "Multi-page feed error" problem. I don't need to stand by the printer to press the copy button after each page any more. Hope this can solve your problem
