but the texture look rough.

Unknown company, so it look not so nice.
But the price is lower than normal soldier figure.

Yup, for Azone's 1/12s are kinda meh as their clothes aren't always quite to scale (too thick, too bulky, too long etc) but some collectors like that. It is very much an acquired taste.

Waiting for the figma though, as the tomy takara 1/12 weapons are awesome.
