Bukit Jalil is confirm becoming CBD in the next 5 years, the closer the better, withdraw yrself fr Puchong and give yrself an alternative option to find the target, Bukit Serdang could perform much better than many Tamans in Puchong, price / sf more reasonable
p/s : I dun really like Serdang, but I cannot deny the fact that it's locality which is proximity to Bkt Jalil gives an edge advantage over Puchong, fundamentally strong.

BK5B - The best of old zone (BK 1 - BK 5)
Qaseh - The best of new zone (BK 5 - BK 9)

P/s : BK5 has 9 zones, old - Utara, Selatan, 4C7, BK5B, new - Harmoni, Desiran, Damai, Sentosa, Permai

access to bukit serdang is a mass.

in the mpsj masterplan they planned to have a bridge cross mex and joint to puncak jalil petron junction.

this area access need to be improve

Puchong very jam, please dun consider move in there. Seri Kembangan Equine Park, Subang, Shah Alam, Klang, Cheras all no Jam, Please consider these areas ...
