Need some help. Just saw KAREX announced for bonus issues as below:
QUOTE PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE OF 135,000,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF RM0.25 EACH IN KAREX BERHAD (“KAREX”) (“KAREX SHARES”) (“BONUS SHARES”) TO BE CREDITED AS FULLY PAID-UP ON THE BASIS OF 1 BONUS SHARE FOR EVERY 2 KAREX SHARES HELD BY THE SHAREHOLDERS OF KAREX ON AN ENTITLEMENT DATE TO BE DETERMINED (“PROPOSED BONUS ISSUE”) With this, wouldn't be the share price be diluted? For cash flow, what's the difference between cash b/f and cash c/f? I don't really understand these two terms.
Hope some sifu can shed some light. Thanks |
