yeah, i was doing a lot of searching and reading this afternoon.
PE is low and seems got good growth ahead. But i'm not familiar with Furniture stocks PE, so not confident. anyway, 2 Qtr oredi 34.5c EPS. If annualized, say 50c eps (very conservative), and sector PE is 6x, then the FV is 3.00. sounds quite attractive QUOTE(gark @ Feb 27 2014, 05:46 PM) This post has been edited by valan: Feb 27 2014, 06:21 PM |

My respect for TheEdge has increased after reading this article.
Hope the publisher won't get fired. QUOTE(gark @ Mar 6 2014, 01:23 PM) Makes my blood boil at how our government is using our taxpayer's money... http://www.theedgemalaysia.com/highlights/...se-to-1mdb.html Purchase of OVERPRICED power assets with EXPIRING contract from cronies earning only IRR of 4%. Get sweetheart deal on the kampung baru land TRX for only RM 100 psf, which the villagers/government should get at least RM 543 psf for the land if compared to land prices nearby. Have a 30 billion loan which paid GS hundreds of million in fees to arrange BUT put 2.3 billion USD in a shady small company in Caymans and HK to manage it... Change 3 auditors in 4 years, because each of the auditors dont want to sign off on the accounts. Say bye bye to all the money and to the suckers who will buy on IPO. |
