btw, how do you guys approach on calculating fair value (TP) of a company?

(share capital - treasury share + reserve + cash in hand + cash in banks) / share issue

Cash in hand and in bank "might" be part of the reserve, no? The cash might also be from loans...I don't think you can add then up like that.
