Only thing, is usually, the pullback tak cukup.

Well this where fundamentals helps.
If you know that the stock could have a chance to triple its earnings from here ( based on earnings blah blah blah)
and you are VERY sure of your homework...
and you still very want the stock...
then just chase it.

if you are not willing or you are not convinced of the future prospect....

you better just take out the hanky..........................
and start crying....

You could always be a WAVER and start doing the wave counts.
However, that's so subjective for me and it's something I don't fancy.
Hehe.. some would shoot me down for that...
for they would swear wave countings is very, very important....

If you don't use fundamentals what else is there that's reliable?
You going to 'trust' analysts targets?
You goung to trust forum sifu?
You going to trust rumours?
You going to trust ahpek?

Last time I talked with Gark on Inari.
Price then was less than 80 sen.
Technically, it was a runaway chicken price already...
Price already went up from 40 sen.
However, we were confident the stock was way underloved...
Under priced despite being up almost 100%.....

Which is why I said from the very start, own knowledge of some financials is important.

Take Inari.

If you follow trendlines, are you going to aim for 175? or 120?

With Inari recent peak hitting 198, 175 equals 23 sen off the top.
120? That's 78 sen off the top. You sure you it then? Will it be ratinal or irrational pullback then?

Which leaves maybe 175.



Will it reach that low?

If it doesn't... the same old chicken run away from you again?

Will if you understand the earnings and its implications, perhaps you could end up with a FV calculation of say 320.
Assume only eh... don't jump wrong conclusions...
Now with Inari posting the numbers it posted, and it consolidating off the top, perhaps you might reconsider another strategy to catch this damn running chicken.
How about using the recent low? 185? (can't remember)...
Then use the current price 189? or 188? as entry.
183 would be cut loss.
Would it work?
Or you could wait and buy the breakout of a new high? Entry at 2, TP at 320?

Or you could still insist on 175.

A bad trade is a bloody damn bad trade.

Say if I hold on to it, of course, perhaps if the market is good, and especially good to me, as time goes pass (dunno how long), I might recover from that trade.

But what am I doing?

I am being a delusional trader, turning my bad trade into a trade of hope, or as they say, turn my trade into an investment.

And what if the market is no good to me?

I could hold that trade a long time, I could turn myself into a pathetic stock forum promoter and trying to desperately promote my bad trade, hoping others might help jack the price up ... yeah I turn myself into a huge loser.

All because I do not want to recognize my particular trade is lousy.
