The Board of Directors of Inari is pleased to announce that Inari South Keytech Sdn Bhd (“ISK”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of  the Company, had been granted an approval by the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (“MIDA”), vide its letter dated 21 March 2014 (which was received on 24 March 2014) to receive the following grants under the Local Investment Strategic Fund pertaining to ISK’s activity in “Advanced Fiber Optics R&D and Packaging Technology”:
