Of all the glove companies i liked kossan the best... due to it's more diverse products (33% technical rubber, 33% natural rubber and 33% nitrile). Also the management is much careful to simple gila gila expand..

I missed the recent bull run because wanting to wait further weakness. If the cycle comes down again, will keep a close look at it.

Deal might not be stupid... there is many prawn behind stone...

The main share holder is a savvy corporate raider (shark) he previously quietly bought into MTD capital Berhad via hostile takeover and then took it private...

Now the deal is with Gary How to sell the share at 1.10..and option to buy back at RM 1.10. Gary is a proxy for crescent point.. which in turn is the 2nd largest shareholder...

And crescent point is made up ex Merill Lynch private equity group similar to KKR and blackstone group... all famous corporate raiders...

Recently MEGB announced JV with Saudi nursing school, which is also owned by crescent group...

I think there is more than prawn behind the stone, more like whole set of 'yee har hai'...

Gark is not intelligent enough to see what they are doing... BUT I am sure whatever they are trying to do WILL benefit both siva kumar and crescent group ONLY.

But some punters are now taking casino bets hoping to be included in the benefit....
