Hehe.... always watch what you cut.

I always feel that cutting the weakest always work out better.

I do cut both ways.

Sometimes, when I feel I made a mistake and bought the wrong stock, I will cut.
And sometimes, I do cut even though I am sitting on a good profit.

Sometimes, people tend to judge the CUTTING process itself.
Say cut at 308 for blah blah blah reason....
Stock falls to 278....
Looking smart for a moment...
But end day stock rebounded back to 298...
Next day stock closes at 310.
Today stock is at 330.

Now some would judge the cutting based on what the price is at today.....
I think that's endless laaaa.....

Once the stock is cut, the stock is no longer ours.
Habis cerita.
We only judge ourselves at the cutting reasoning.
If we are happy with it... so be it.
No need to say, waaa...
I so clever...
I sold at 308...
stock now 220...

Things like those.... pointless.
waste of time only.

who else but boon and gark who sincerely takes time out to help discuss and analyse stocks?
even explain in detail with figures and charts for us...

This is why financial planning is much more important than the issue of playing stocks.

The stock market is not an ATM machine.

I actually can talk forever on this issue.

I wonder how many are interested to talk wind with me.

Dropping back on low volume is usally a healthy sign according to technical teachings.

To make big money you have to sit patiently in the room.
I won't jump ship.
It's never easy to find a stock that has the potential to double up.
Once you find one, learn to be patient.
This is the only way you will make big money.

See how it goes... the uptrend can maintain or not. 

Why have to move everyday...? Stocks spend like 10% moving up, 10% moving down and 80% of the time consolidating... 

Close PC no need see price mah no stress lah.

Gotta think longer term..

stocks tend to move sharply up a short while ...
then consolidate for a long long time ...
then will move a sharply up a short while again ...
then back to consolidate.... 

Accumulate all these infrequent small movements in longer term you will get handsome profit.

"Price is what you pay.. value is what you get".

It is better to concentrate on the value of the stock rather than the price of the stock. 

But then again hor i just wont throw it into fridge and not care about it for 10 years... i will review the stock and value every Q report to make my buy/sell/keep decision. This i read diligently. 

Coma stocks... sometime coma stocks wakes up one. Sometimes they don't, all depends on catalyst.

Like I said.. pay attention to the value not the price or the volume.
